Aaaah, winter is here.  Time seems to slow down and ask for reflection and restoration .  It's an important season  to honor our energy levels and find ways to build and store more energy for the coming year.  Winter's yin nature calls for time in contemplative solitude, meditation and connecting to sound or music.  It's time to slow down and nature, our inner compass and what's important in our lives.   Massage is extremely supportive to this nature, slowing down the pace, letting your busy thoughts rest and giving you time to listen to what your body needs and your soul requires to thrive.
